We have put together a training to light a fire in your divine self. Through meditation, asana, study, chanting, music, breathwork, sound healing and activism, your next spiritual journey begins.

MYS 300HR Teacher Training is designed for those who are seasoned yogis, those looking for a deeper immersion into their yoga practice, and for dedicated yoga teachers looking to discover their next level of teaching. This rigorous Teacher Training program is officially recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
This unique program is co-facilitated by founder and owner of the Mystic Yoga Shala, Amy "Dechen" Zezulka E-RYT500 and Sangha Yoga School Founder, Annie Chapman E-RYT500; both celebrated Baptiste Certified Educators, Yin teachers, Heartfulness practitioners, (Dechen is a Heartfulness Trainer), students of yoga, plant based yogis who are prepared to lead you during the next journey of your life. Heartfulness Institute and Baptiste Institute are two organizations with a long history of training teachers to be leaders in this world. To find out more about your leaders, click here.
Training sessions are strict and include yoga philosophy, voice coaching, sequence training, and delivering a class from connectedness, listening, inner power and authenticity. You will be given tools to master teach 60, 75 and 90 minute Power Vinyasa classes, as well as all-levels and basic yoga classes. You will also dive deep into yin and restorative yoga, experience sound healing, Breath work, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan, nature and communication skills.
Strict 100% attendance and participation at all training sessions is required.
