Our Teacher Training program is officially recognized by the Yoga Alliance. MYS 200HR and 300HR Teacher Training Programs are designed for those who are new to yoga, seasoned yogis, those looking for a deeper immersion into their yoga practice, and for dedicated yoga teachers looking to discover their next level of teaching.

Teacher Training is co-facilitated by the founder and owner of the Mystic Yoga Shala, Amy "Dechen" Zezulka E-RYT500, and Sangha Yoga School Founder, Annie Chapman E-RYT500; both celebrated Baptiste Certified Educators who are ready to empower you!
Training sessions for our upcoming 300-hour program are heavily focused on philosophy and meditation, assisting and adjusting techniques, the anatomy of yoga, voice coaching, sequence training, Restorative, Yin, Karma, and Children’s Yoga as well as delivering a class from inner power and authenticity. You will be able to teach confidently a 60, 75, and 90-minute Power Vinyasa class, as well as all levels and basic yoga classes. 100% attendance and participation at all training sessions are required.

This comprehensive program is fully recognized as a 200-hour Registered Teacher Training program with Yoga Alliance.
Our passionate, professional, and qualified faculty are committed to sharing with you the Anatomy, Mechanics, Philosophy, History, Assisting, and Teaching Techniques of Power Vinyasa Yoga.
The program is informed by the Baptiste Yoga Methodology and the Heartfulness Institute, two organizations with a long history of training teachers to be leaders in this world.
